黄子彧

黄子彧,博士,研究方向主要聚焦于食品源功能性成分(如胞外囊泡、母乳寡糖等)对肠道健康的调控机制及其在营养吸收与疾病预防中的应用。在Food Research InternationalJournal of Functional FoodsFood Control等国际权威期刊发表研究成果10余篇,并参与多项国家级与校企合作项目,具备丰富的细胞培养、分子生物学及功能成分分离鉴定经验。目前致力于益生菌来源活性成分的功能机制研究与产业化应用探索。
